Carol Cattle

Having lived in Tennessee for the past 60 years, after retiring last year, We decided to move to the Pacific Northwest. The whole experience seemed--and was--daunting, but the house finding and buying part was made so much less difficult than it might of been because of Carol Cattle. We were lucky she was referred to us as we started the pre-qualification process in Washington state while simultaneously selling our house in Tennessee. Carol was so very helpful over the phone, and when we rolled into the area in late October and rented a place by the month in Birch Bay, she helped us find and secure exactly what we wanted. I haven't worked with a lot of real estate agents over the years, but Carol's at the top. We probably weren't the easiest clients either--being "worry warts" and all--but Carol was patient, professional, and available for our legion questions.
