Carol Clark

When my husband passed away I knew it was time to sell the house. It was more than I could take care of and my children lived too far away to be of a lot of help to me. Finding the right agent to work with was a scary thought to me as there are so many to pick from and we hadnt dealt with anyone in years as we bought this home 25 years ago. After talking with three agents I picked Carol Clark and Paul Clark. I liked the fact there were two people and I felt very comfortable with them as I saw an honesty and commitment that I dont always see in other people nowadays. They were so kind to me and helped me with every step of the way. The house needed some things done to it before we came on the market and they were very gracious in helping me to find people to do the work and they even spent time working on some things themselves. I couldnt believe it when I saw Paul caulking around a window and Carol sweeping my garage! How many agents would do that? More importantly they were true professionals in how they handled the sale and I felt that I could rely on them to guide me through the process. Thank you to both of you for helping me.
