Carol is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. We were proud to have her represent us in the sale of 79 acres of land in Canton, GA. Back in 2014, she helped us buy several investment properties in the Atlanta area. We highly recommend her.

We had a cabin on Pinion Mesa (higher elevation of Glade Park) in a forest. When we found Ris and Carol in June this year, George took Carol on an ATV ride over the acreage (20 acres of heavily forested land - Ponderosa and Aspen) - while Ris and I discussed his ideas for advertising the property, on our front deck. He's had significant marketing education and experience - Carol has such a professional, knowledgeable, yet friendly demeanor, that you soon discover they are great "working as a team" and are very knowledgeable. Ris used an Internet Ad with a drone video and beautiful background music, showing the cabin and outbuildings in the forest from above, plus interior views of the cabin. The first people that toured the property bought it. Other showings had been arranged, but it sold quickly to the first couple that saw it. If we sell real estate again, we plan to contact "The Home Team" at Century 21, Cap Rock Realty and highly recommend them for sales of homes or cabins.
