Simply put...I couldnt have asked for a better agent than Carol. I have personally recommended her to anyone I know that is even contemplating buying or selling a home in Fairfield County. What made Carol so great? In short, she took a personal, vested interest. It was more than a representation...it was a mission. Carol was like a big-law attorney crossed with a mother...her immediate responsiveness was both comforting and incredible. At any hour of the night (or even on vacation) she was there for us. Her negotiation ability was great and her sense of the market was perfect. I was a pretty difficult client when it came to negotiation (first time home buyer, in a negotiation heavy profession).
