Carol Delgado

Carol Delgado is responsible for leading the growth strategy and direction for expansion. She is based in Tysons, VA and reports to Jack Mazza, Expansion Director. “I am truly excited about the opportunities ahead of us in expansion and growth for Lucido Agency, said Delgado. “I look forward to strengthening our relationships with Lucido partners across the country. Together we are stronger!" Since November of 2016, Delgado has served as Lucido Agency’s Regional Director for Northern Virginia. During that time she led the successful implementation of the go-to market strategy in the region. Before joining Lucido Agency, she was the Team Leader/CEO at Keller Williams Arlington, where she was the Team Leader of an office of more than 200 agents. During her time at KW Arlington, Delgado helped the office become number 1 in Arlington County’s market share. “Carol's experience and track record will be vital as we enhance and expand our organization,” said Mazza. “As we continue to grow we are delighted to have a leader of her caliber on the team.”
