Carol was such an enormous help in our house hunting process! Her unwavering honesty, determination and above all patience with us throughout those few weeks speak volumes about what a God send she truly is. We are so grateful that we came across her and will undoubtedly be working with her in the future!

We recently closed on our new home with Carol as our real estate agent. I don't believe anyone could have given us a better experience. She was always accessible to speak with, flexible on availability to show homes, very organized through the entire process, and used technology to its fullest benefit. On top of this, she clearly did not have an agenda as far as wanting to sell us a more expensive home or steering us in any direction, other than wanting us to find the right fit for our family. She was able to answer all our questions either immediately or found a way to answer them quickly through her contacts. She also does a great job negotiating for her clients- whether its getting the sales price down or other concessions. Additionally, she is in the know of special programs that many realtors are not aware of- for us it was a program that allowed us to purchase a home with 0 down and no PMI (a HUGE savings each month!) because we have been blessed with good credit. She is clearly someone you will want partnering with you through the entire process. We will use her again, if it all possible, when looking for another home.

Carol was an absolute blessing during our home search. Her professionalism, work ethic and availability were all top notch. Carol was extremely knowledgeable about all the aspects of our buying process!! We highly recommend her for all your buying and selling needs!!

Carol has truly been the most helpful realtor we have ever worked with. She has been more than professional and dedicated throughout this whole process!
