Carol is just the best, hands down. We were so worried about selling our house during a pandemic and had no idea where to start. She was incredibly patient as we made our decision on when to list, had excellent staging advice, made us feel confident about our list price, and took every possible Covid precaution to keep everyone safe. Her photographer made our home look absolutely beautiful for the listing photos. We listed on a Thursday, checked into a hotel for a few days, and had 10 offers well above list price by Sunday morning. Carol was very helpful from the start. It had been almost 20 years since we had purchased our previous home. I didn't know where to start. She explained the best process given the current circumstances. Once we found a home, it just seemed to be meant to be. Everything went very smooth. I attribute that to her original recommendations. Once we were under contract on the house, Carol, Rob and the rest of their team took care of everything. Including items the seller's representative should have handled. I couldn't speak more highly of their dedication to be there for us.

Carol made it possible for us to buy our house from out of state without seeing it in person. We knew nothing about all the areas around Denver. She knew EVERYTHING. She answered every question and was able to give us honest feedback about the vibe and culture of a ton of different neighborhoods. She took us through houses over FaceTime and negotiated all the ins and outs of the sale for us while we were 14 hours away. She attended inspections and stayed on top of work that was being done as part of our contract. She continues to do this for us even after we moved in since covid has made things like applicants parts be backlogged. The house was professionally cleaned for us before we walked in the door. Everything was flawless and we could not imagine being happier. Moving out of state is daunting. Moving out of state during a global pandemic is madness. We did it perfectly and its all thanks to Carol.
