Cari McGee

I've been renting my home in Washington for the last 5 years, and now that I live in Ohio, I was dreading the time when my tenant moved out and I had to sell. I tried selling before renting back in 2012, but had no luck. I met Cari through a former coworker and we talked about my options in selling when the time came, as my tenant was a few months away from moving out. I flew out to inspect the home and meet with Cari, where she took the time to meet me and answer any questions I had, even though this sale wouldn't be happening anytime soon. Flash forward several months, when my house was finally ready to prepare to list. My house was listed, and I received a full price offer in 26 hours! Cari took care of everything so I didn't have to fly out again. All the work needed to have the house listed, and the few issues that came up after inspection were taken care of promptly and bills sent to me. She was there every step of the way, professionally reassuring, and always with an answer to any question or concern I had, of which there were many. Two days ago we closed, and the house is completely out of my hands and off my mind. It still doesn't seem real, because the process was so much easier than I had ever expected, and far less stressful. I have no doubt that this is due mostly to the hard work Cari put in, and her experience and knowledge in what she does. She loves what she does, and that's why she's so good at it. I can't recommend her enough, or say enough good things about her, and this experience as a whole. Thank you Cari!

How does one put Cari McGee into words to do her justice?! Hmmm. Ok here it is....SHE IS A ROCKSTAR! If you want your place sold or looking for a realtor that has your back when trying to buy you would be gravely mistaken not to go with Cari! She gets the job done. Answers your questions and puts your worries to rest even while laying by the pool on vacation! Who does that!?! Cari McGee that's who! I'm a nervous nellie and a control freak of my surrounding and Cari put me at ease and sold our house in spite of me driving her crazy sometimes. All in 5 days.
