Carol Sue Barker

Carol Sue is a dream to work with. She's great at the nuts and bolts stuff (being responsive, getting showings quickly, negotiating practical constraints, texting back w/in 30 seconds :P) but the real gem is her local knowledge. She knows every in an out of Kitsap County, from hidden restaurants to awesome dive bars. Carol Sue knows everyone and every neighborhood. Even just going on a drive around with her you discover things about the town you wouldn't ever have imagined. I'm also impressed that it felt like only a matter of minutes before Carol Sue totally "got us" and what we were looking for. And because she has an encyclopedic knowledge of where would be a good fit for us, on our first weekend with her we were already sold on our search neighborhoods. The icing on the cake though was Carol Sue's follow through. The day before we were supposed to get our keys she did a walk through of the house and discovered that the previous owner had left a ton of stuff. Carol Sue personally went into the house and loaded up her truck with several loads of junk to take to the dump so we could have a nice clean house to move in to. Would highly recommend as a real estate agent or as a buddy to share a drink with

Carol Sue Barker sets the standard. It says something when the person I chose to get me through the selling process of my home was the same person who found that home for me 13 years ago. She was easy and so much fun to work with. Her expertise is grounded in knowledge and vast experience and her confidence gave me confidence whenever I was unsure of what to do. She got me a terrific price, over asking price, and helped me through every aspect of the sale. I cannot say enough to recommend her to anyone who wants the best. Why are there only 5 stars?

Carol Sue Barker is a professional in the best sense of the word. She handled our sale from beginning to end by herself. We live out of state. She was in constant contact almost daily. Our home had been left in terrible condition by previous renters. She hired cleanup specialists, yard workers, painters, roofers, carpet layers, etc. She put in hours of work to see that our home was in spotless condition when it went on the market. She prepared a beautiful marketing piece, which led to bids above asking price. Carol Sue is the best realtor I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Even though we have never met in person, I feel as though I know her well. She kept us informed every step of the way, through a journey that another realtor might have given up on. She is truly a knowledgeable, hard working and delightful person, who will see that your home brings in the best price possible. She is a professional, yet personable woman who will not stop until the house is sold. I would use her again in a heartbeat.
