Carol Spratt

I have been a licensed realtor in the Fort Worth/Dallas area listing and selling properties for 24 years. During that time I have sold approximately 500 REO properties. In 2007 and 2008, I was awarded and recognized as the sales agent of the year for closed units within my company’s branch office. In addition, within my corporate organization, I was recognized for closing the fifth highest number of units in the North Texas and New Mexico Region in 2008. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors. My staff and I are fully familiar with closing REO and short sale transactions. Our goal has always been to provide the most detail oriented and efficient service possible to our clients on every closing. Based upon our business principles and integrity, over 90% of our business is a result of repeat customers and their referrals. I have a degree from Texas Tech University with a major in marketing.
