Carol Underwood

Mara has always been very responsive and informative, readily sharing her knowledge of the Winter Park real estate scene. It's always a pleasure to work with her. We found her by accident and consider ourselves very fortunate to have happened onto a great realtor. As a result of that initial, by-chance meeting, we purchased a home and she became and has remained a good friend.

We worked with Mara to purchase a house in Winter Park. Mara was very patient with us thru the entire process. She was a pleasure to work with!!

Mara was extremely helpful during the process of showing us properties, educating us on the area and final closing. She worked tirelessly in communicating issues and making sure the process proceeded on schedule. She made the process of being an out-of-town buyer much easier than expected.

Mara is the most responsive and knowledgeable agent I have ever worked with. She is such a pleasure to work with that I have done so in multiple negotiations and will certainly do so again if the need ever arises.

We have used Mara for multiple services for the last 10 years and are currently using her services in our quest for a newly built home in the town of Fraser. She has consistently provided honest, knowledgeable, and reliable information. When we first purchased a condo in Winter Park about ten years ago, she provided invaluable knowledge of the local area. We highly recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a home in East Grand County.
