My 55+ community penthouse with high maintenance and taxes was extremely difficult to sell, there isn't much demand for this amongst seniors. Carol had a unique marketing approach to reach the right audience and find the perfect buyer. Another reason I recommend Carol is that I could always reach her, she always had time for me, when she did open houses she was the one here, not someone from her office that I didnt know and didn't know my home. When it comes to negotiating price and inspection problems you definitely want Carol in your corner - she is a very stronger negotiator and she has a pleasant demeanor that you just don't find to often. Carol really cares about her clients best interests. I would recommend her to anyone that wants to sell or buy a home, you will not find better.
