Although she hails from Colombia, South America and speaks fluent Spanish, Carol is a longtime Northeast Florida resident. Carol has a bachelor’s degree in communications and prior to her real estate career owned and operated flower shops in south Florida. Carol has over sixteen years of real estate experience in addition to twelve years of sales and marketing experience. She has received the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designations from the National Association of REALTORS and has substantial experience in handling short sales throughout Northeast Florida.
