Carole was first to respond to my internet search for the value of my home. Her presentation of her services and comparable market values was thorough and professional. She was agreeable to various negotiations of our contract. She was most helpful with suggestions to improve the property before showing it, and went above and beyond to effect the needed changes. She was diligent in showing the property and following up and providing feedback when other realtors showed it. She maintained contact with a second prospective buyer throughout the process in case any problems might occur with the first offer. She arranged contact with a title insurance company which proved most efficient when problems were discovered. She was asked to sell my home within 90 days, and she did just that. I cannot imagine a realtor more diligent about the business aspects of a contract and, at the same time, focused on the concerns of the client. Carole is such a gem to work with. She's very knowledgeable, sweet and helpful. Our house sold within 24 hours of her listing it, above asking price! She worked extremely well with us on getting the house ready to list but was patient and not pushy at all. Carole gave us great recommendations and works with quality people in the process. This was our second time using Carole to buy/sell homes and it was such a great experience, we wouldn't hesitate recommending her to anyone.
