Carole Porretta has been a licensed Realtor for over 20 years and is now in her 7th year as Broker/Owner of Coventry Realty, LLC. She has devoted most of her career to serving Metamora and the many surrounding communities. As the market began to revive last year, Metamora's boutique real estate office reported gross sales exceeding $10 Million. Carole has earned her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Carole gives a lot of her time and herself to the community. She continues to donate her time as a Board Member and Secretary for Banbury Cross Therapeutic Equestrian Center (a riding experience for special needs children); Membership Chairman for MACC; as a private pilot, she is a member of AOPA; sits on the Professional Standards Committee for LUTAR (local board); active with the Lapeer Community Schools and Pilgrim Presbyterian Church. Carole is extremely knowledgeable regarding local real estate and looks forward to helping your purchase or selling real estate needs.
