Caroline is one of a kind. She is expert in recognizing home value trends and can spot a great deal. She also has vision for the potential of a property that has great bones but out dated or distressed. Caroline has integrity and always puts the financial interest of the client first. I would recommend her to a first-time home buyer, clients who are upgrading or downsizing as well as to real estate investors. She will serve all clients well.
