I have been actively listing and selling real estate since early 1996. We moved to Oriental from Long Island NY in 1995 looking for and found a more relaxed life style. We built our dream home on the banks of the majestic Neuse River. I have an extensive background in the contracting business, previously having held a NC contractor’s license. I can help place a new house on a property or in the purchase of an existing home that will suit all of your needs. I am the past president of the Pamlico Board of Realtors and a past board member of the Neuse River Region Association of Realtors.
With my knowledge of the regulations and restrictions in this area I can guide new property owners through the process from start to finish. I list and sell property in the Pamlico, Craven, Carteret, and Beaufort Counties. When I am not working you can find me in my gardens, or watching the heron and dolphin from my deck.
