My name is Carolyn Bentley and I am a house addict. I am a HGTV addict. And before that came along, I was a This Old House addict on PBS. For as long as I can remember I've loved unique, interesting homes. I remember the first time it occurred to me I could own a home. I was watching a television open house program one Sunday morning and they advertised a phone number potential buyers could call to determine how much home they could qualify for. I called. I qualified. And I was hooked. I bought a home. And then a second and a third home. And when the time came I owned as many homes as I could reasonably manage, I chose to get my real estate license to assist other people in buying homes. Recently I found a quote by investor John Paulson that reads "If you don't own a home, buy one. If you do own a home, buy another one. If you own two homes, buy a third... and lend your relatives ...
