Carolyn worked extremely hard to find a property which met our very challenging criteria. We needed to move extremely fast and Carolyn did what was necessary to find a property we loved at the right price. She never lost patience with us even though our criteria became progressively more challenging. We initially asked to see rental property and then switched gears on her changing to single family homes to purchase. She helped in every aspect of the process from providing lenders to consider, insurance agents, and assisting with inspections. After the sale she has stayed in touch and we consider her a friend now. We highly recommend her and will most certainly choose her for any future real estate needs.

Carolyn was AWESOME!!! We have never bought a house before and Carolyn helped make this process as less scary as it could be!! From the first inquire about the house to closing was a month and 6 days!! What a roller coaster ride that was!! Carolyn was always there for the odd and not so odd questions that we had (and some melt downs that I had)! We are so thankful that Carolyn was there to guide us on this path that we chose and made it a pleasant one for us!! We are at a time in our life where we should be getting ready to enjoy life and not be strapped down but, when things fall into your hands you just have to be brave and go with it!
