This was the first time we sold a house, as it was our first house. We didn't know much and could have easily been exploited, however, Carolyn was on our side from the start. Not once did we ever feel pressured or taken advantage of; Carolyn was in our corner 100%. From the first discussion about listing to the actual signing the closing documents, everything went extremely smooth. The entire experience was pleasurable. Carolyn is a permanent contact in my phone and I will hands down recommend, and utilize her in the future, as a selling and/or buying agent.

Carolyn is an amazing realtor who helped us purchase our first home. She was there every step of the way and we felt like we were her top priority. Carolyn is the best realtor I've ever had. Growing up my family moved around a lot and I got a first hand experience seeing us go through realtor after realtor. My house was also on the market with two previous realtors before Carolyn. I was recommended her by a person I'd just met at the gym and was told she typically sells homes within 3 months. She did exactly that for me and got me the asking price I'd hoped. I was given a good amount of time to leave my property and walked through the process step by step. Carolyn uses an app that notifies you in advance when the property is going to be shown and also takes great photos. She is a constant professional and works extremely hard to sell your home. She really enjoys what she does. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

Carolyn was able to find us a buyer in 2 weeks time and saved us $10,500 in commission. We are very satisfied with her and would recommend her to friends, family and acquaintances.

Carolyn Christian was amazing! Our home was on the market for 8 months with no bites until we switched to her. I dont know how she did it but we had 3 offers on the same day in the first 2 weeks! It was a bidding war and we got ASKING PRICE for our home. She saved us $10k. Professionalism- she was available to us at a moments notice and listened to our concerns. In addition, she made suggestions as to how to make the home more marketable. Convenience- her showing scheduling service was the best. It calls and texts you with a request and you just reply with yes or no. This was impressive to us because there is not a middle person to slow things down or possibility for error in times. Before, we actually spent all day cleaning for a showing for the wrong day due to human error and this service eliminates the chance of that happening. In summary, you cant go wrong by using her as your agent. We moved out of state so it was imperative we have a responsive Realtor and Carolyn was. She also saved us over $6k with her lower than typical commission fee, which helped ease the sting of a lower than expected sale price. We would use her again.
