Carolyn is so great! With Carolyn as our agent, we just purchased our first home. With the housing market being so crazy lately, she was always quick to respond, set up private showings, and ready to help. If she didnt have an answer to our questions, she would immediately reach out to the sellers/listing agent to get answers. With her guidance and expertise, we had an accepted offer and a quick closing process. She even checked in a few times after closing to ensure everything was going well! She is so sweet! She walked us through the process. The first time we met she had a portfolio ready about the place she was with and our home and walked us through the process. She listed our home right away and we got an offer the day she listed it, then when that fell through we had a backup offer waiting! She took us to homes and showed us how to find homes online and helped us find a home right in our price range. She was great at negotiating. She didnt always get back to us right away but she would get back to us when she could. She wanted us to get the best for the money we had. she insisted on repairs done by licensed people. Id recommend her!
