Carolyn Gdowski

I was born in Colorado and raised in Wyoming as a rancher’s daughter, which instilled in me a strong work ethic from the start. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with an English Education in K-12 teaching degree. Beginning in 1992, I built a successful mortgage business as a result of my organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism and integrity. I consistently served as a Top Mortgage Lender in Northern Colorado and was recognized as Affiliate of the Year by the Greeley Board of Realtors. In 2002, I met my husband Chris while training for a marathon. We were married that same year and I also became a stepmom to two beautiful children, Meagan and Connor. We adopted our first baby, Blake, in February 2006 and adopted our second baby, Makayla, in November 2007.
