Carolyn sold my townhouse in Palmetto for me, and is now helping a friend sell her house. Carolyn's rapid response is one of her best traits. So many times you contact people and do not hear back from days. I usually her back from Carolyn within a couple of hours at the most, sometimes minutes after I have contacted her. On my friends house, she has had previous realtors before Carolyn that could not sell her house, due to their lack of knowing what is truly its value. Carolyn zoomed in on the waterfront aspect and had drone pictures taken to highlight that fact. She is also very professional. Even when provoked, she never speaks ill of another realtor.
