I looked online for a realtor for our search for a condo. in Surprise or nearby.Carrie called me literally within minutes of my initial inquiry. In fact, all phone calls were returned quickly.We had a specific area that we were interested in that was very popular as it was in a modest price range and there are not a lot of condos available in the area for populations other than 55 and above complexes.Through Carrie's communication with another realtor we were able to quickly see a unit and make an offer before a lot of traffic had gone through the unit.While Carrie shared information with us from the owner's realtor she was very calm, patient and was not pushy to get the deal. She clearly wanted to make sure that we were comfortable with the process and had our interest in mind rather than focusing on closing the deal. Carrie is reliable. conscientious, and follows through.We have found that this is not always the case and it was very refreshing.Our closing was in 8 days!Honestly I don't think that we could find anything that could have been improved upon in the manner in which Carrie represented us as buyers.We would definitely want Carrie to represent us in future real estate transactions. As Washington transplants will hopefully have an opportunity to refer other "Washingtonians" who are interested in moving here to beautiful Arizona.Thank you Carrie!!!

Carrie made it happen! She spent a full weekend with us looking at many houses, until we settled on one. We moved from Georgia, and were not present for many of the in-between details, but Carrie took care of it all. She arranged for an electrician to come over to remove a loosely hanging outdoor light, a landscaper to come over and give us some idea on the irrigation system, met with the home inspector and kept us informed every step of the way. Our closing papers were lost between GA and AZ temporarily, she was able to work with the title company, the seller, and us as we traveled across country to close the deal . She never complained, was always quick to respond, and was an utter delight to work with.

I am going to be needing a new house in the next year or so. I really like to plan ahead so I wanted to talk to somebody to see what I needed to do to get into a good position to sell the home I'm in and buy a new one. I called CM Home Team and they came over and went over so much information with us! They really took their time and weren't bothered at all by the fact that we wouldn't be buying or selling for another year or so. They were really knowledgeable and had the answers to all of the questions that we asked. We are definitely going to be using CM Home Team when it's time to sell our house and buy our forever home!!

We love our new home!And then when it came time to sell a home, asking Carrie to be our listing agent was a no-brainer. Just like our buying experience, our selling experience went smoother than we could have imagined. She (again) patiently & expertly answered all of our questions, helped us with negotiations, and got us a better price than we had hoped for.Whatever real estate needs you have, you cannot go wrong with Carrie. I will emphatically recommend her to anyone and everyone in need of a top-notch realtor.
