We weren't looking forward to buying a new home but Carrie Barron actually made the process enjoyable. We moved to NH from out of state so weren't familiar with all of its various towns -- she guided us to finding the perfect house in the nice little town of Greenland, NH. Carrie helped us navigate the complexities of applying for & securing a mortgage as well as finding a good insurance broker. After the purchase she even provided us with a contact list of all of the house's service providers with websites and phone numbers. We found Carrie to be extremely competent, very personable and so responsive -- our questions were answered immediately! I worked with Carrie for a year and a half to find the perfect home for me & my daughters. Carrie was very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the seacoast area and showed me numerous types of condos and houses. She was quick to contact me with potential homes and responsive to my inquiries. Carrie was able to find me a great house, in a fantastic neighborhood and she checked off all of my wants in a home! The house I purchased was a house that was originally outside of my budget but Carrie noticed when the price dropped and contacted me immediately. In a highly competitive market, Carrie was able to negotiate a contract and we closed in just over a month! She made the entire process seem easy and seamless and she was supportive every step of the way. Carrie went above and beyond to help us find our condo. She was extremely responsive to our requests. Once our offer was accepted she worked diligently to ensure a smooth transaction. She is smart and thorough. Prior to closing she reviewed Upcoming condo board minutes which could have had a serious impact on our purchase. She immediately arranged to add an addendum to the P&S to extend the closing deadline and to protect our interest until after the meeting. I would have our as our realtor again and I highly recommend her.

I can't describe in words!! We met Carrie at an open house and didn't know the area. She was the most responsive, knowledgeable real estate professional I have ever dealt with. We not only used her for our house but for 2 other transactions and I don't think me and my wife will ever use anyone else. If youre looking to buy or sell on the Seacoast, Carrie is the best! Her patience, diligence, humor and attention to detail are unparalleled. Carrie helped us navigate our home search in an extremely tough buyers market over the course of summer and fall 2018. She was endlessly patient and enthusiastic as we slowly figured out what we wanted and in the process looked at over 30 homes! In the end, with Carries encouragement, we decided to build in a wonderful pocket neighborhood in Greenland and were able to customize our dream home. She participated in our selections process with the same care as if she was choosing everything her own home. She was our advocate during any issues that came up and always had our backs. Wow! Simply amazing! You'd be a fool to go with someone else, and we know first hand. We originally had the owner/realtor/broker of a Downtown Portsmouth, NH agency list our property because we've known him a long time, and because we thought he was experienced and well-regarded. Three months and 2 crappy offers later, we fired him and went with Carrie. Why? She listed a very similar house on our street, and it was under agreement in less than 2 weeks, and sold for more than asking. Carrie brought in a stager/interior designer for a consultation on her dime, as well as a cleaning company. She worked closely and diligently with us to make things move quickly. She even bought some decorations for our front porch! We also went with all the suggestions and recommendations of the stager/interior designer - our past realtor never thought to mention this concept. Carrie had a clear understanding of who the target buyer would be, and not only worked with the stager to make sure it appealed to that specific buyer, but her first and only open house was amazing - Thursday evening, fire pit going, hot tub cover open, great music selections, wine, etc...she made it seem like the perfect place to come home to - an oasis to unwind after a busy day of work. We had multiple offers within days, and went under agreement in less than 2 weeks, for $50,000 above the best offer we had from our previous realtor. If you don't go with Carrie to list your house, well, that's your mistake. She is the best realtor in the Portsmouth, NH area - hands down.

You were awesome! From the very beginning when we asked you right to be our agent right up until the day we signed our papers you were right there alongside us every single step of the way. When the going got tough you kept our spirits up and reassured us that we would find the right house for us! I cannot possibly thank you enough for everything that you did for us.
