Carrie is a PRO! She was a fantastic realtor to work with during the purchase of our first home! She explained everything to us in a way that we could understand and was always there for my late night texts and early morning calls. She treated us like her only clients when I know she has MANY. She was incredibly organized and on-top of EVERYTHING. Carrie puts her clients first and goes above and beyond to show every possible home and she makes the process seem effortless. She also has amazing connections in the world of home buying. We could not have gone through this experience with anyone else. Carrie is personable and so kind, but don't let that fool you, she knows her stuff up and down and will fight for you! She helped us stay calm and confident in the biggest purchase of our lives. We will 100% use Carrie again in the future and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

Carrie is hands down amazing. During our whole process she exceeded all expectations that my husband and I could have ever asked for in a realtor. We started our home buying process out of state and she made it stress free the whole time. Anything that came up in our process, Carrie was on top of. Every time we got off the phone with her, my husband and I knew we were in the best hands. We ended up with our dream home and a great experience.

Where do I even start. This is our first home that weve purchased and I thank my lucky stars every day that Carrie was our realtor. Not only did she answer all of my panicked phone calls during the home buying process, her loyalty to us didnt stop there. Even after we purchased the home and we had some insurance battles she answered our calls and resolved the issues within hours. You will not find a realtor more passionate about her clients and finding you the right place to call home. I never felt like I was a paycheck to her or she wanted to sell me on whatever, she even told us when she thought houses wouldnt be right for us. Like I said, you just cant get better than Carrie. Carrie was fantastic to work with throughout our entire selling process. She gave helpful tips to get the house ready for showing, had a professional photographer come in and do the pictures for the listing on MLS, and really did guide mus through every step - from septic inspections, to finding someone willing to come in and clean after the kids and I were fully moved out, to how or when we change over our water and electric service. We showed our house for maybe 2-3 weeks and we had two offers. One we accepted and it went to sale! couldn't have asked for a more down to earth, easy going person with whom to work. Couple that attitude and flexibility with her knowledge of local real estate, list of people willing to get in and get stuff done, and what seemed like a 24/7 work schedule - Carrie not only got our house sold, but got it sold quickly, saving us so much stress! Which could have been crazy because we were conversing from NC to CA for the last month of closing, paperwork, touch-ups, etc.Thank you Carrie! Anybody looking for a realtor who has your best interests in mind and will be out there getting it done for you - should give Carrie a call as soon as you're ready to sell or to buy!!

Carrie IS awesome! This was mine and my husband first time buying a house and we couldnt of ask for someone better to guide us through the process.
