Carrie helped my find and purchase my first home, and I will continue to seek her services with any future home purchases. She was very accommodating to my schedule when touring homes, and she is extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the real estate purchasing process. Her knowledge of the real estate market and purchase process are what impress me most. She gave great advice throughout the purchase process and helped me score an AMAZING deal on a foreclosed home. She was always honest and never pushy, and I never felt like she was trying to squeeze extra pennies out of me like some realtors. She truly helped me find the best deal and get the lowest price I could've on my home. I continue to seek her advice as I will soon be getting married and moving into my new husband's house, and she has been very helpful with providing info to determine an appropriate rental price for my home when I move even though she is not making any money off of me for that in particular. If and when I decide to sell that home, she will be my first call! I highly recommend her to friends and family.

Carrie is very professional. We are a family of five and everyone have a different need and taste but Carrie shows us so many homes without any hesitation. She was patient and always look after our best interests. I will recommend her w/o any hesitation.

Carrie did an excellent job in assisting us in finding a home. When it came to closing she was very helpful. She did more to resolve issues with closing documentation than the mortgage company did. She also went out of her way to get me access to the house to allow my visiting parents to check it out.

He made sure that we had a sound home to move into. We would not have even known about him if it was not for her. Through the entire process she was there and answered any question that we had. She went above and beyond the call of duty! What made it even more pleasurable is that we were out of state and she did a lot of the leg work for us....how many other would do that for you. If you are looking for someone to represent you she is the one to get! She will tell you the truth and that is had to come by...for that I have the upmost respect for her!

Relocating to a new state is very hard but Carrie made it very easy for me and my family. She was patient and attentive to our needs. I couldn't asked for anything more.

I found out on a lovely Saturday afternoon that the place Id been renting for over 2 years was being foreclosed upon. It became a short sale situation and I quickly realized I needed experienced help in navigating the steps to purchase it myself. I used the resources on Zillow to educate myself on the different types of Realtors and once I knew what I needed I started keeping an eye out as I checked the daily listings. I found Carrie Fairman and she was all the things I needed: a local female that was licensed in NC that had short sale experience. Carrie is an incredible example of what a Realtor should be. Shes mannerly, punctual, positive, informed, quick thinking, and not afraid to ruffle feathers to do whats right. Carrie goes toe to toe on her buyers behalf not because she has to, but because she WANTS to protect her client. Shes fierce in her determination to get them a fair shake and at the end of the day you just cant ask for more than that!! It took us 6 months to work my short sale deal that involved court dates and visits to the IRS office, but Carrie stuck right by me through it all. When I called - she answered. When I texted - she responded every single time. Carrie was also invaluable when it came to connecting me to some amazing people including my mortgage lender, my closing attorney, my home inspector and my home warranty provider. I was determined to hire my own home inspector to be certain that I would get a fair and unbiased inspection report. I searched on Angies List and found a home inspector that got 80 recent A reviews and it turned out that was the same exact home inspector that Carrie uses anyway, which said a lot to me :-) I really dont know where Id have ended up if I hadnt found Carrie. I am SO TRULY grateful to Carrie Fairman for taking such amazing care of me during such a stressful process. Ill never forget her part in the purchasing of my first home thanks Carrie!! :-)
