We recently sold a house and were worried about the complications that COVID would bring. It certainly did make some things harder, but Carrie handled everything and did a great job selling our house for nearly full asking price.Carrie was always ready with a plan for how to do things, and she remained in constant communication with us to keep us updated and to make sure we were on board. We went with her suggestions for almost everything, but when we wanted adjustments, she was quick to come up with alternate solutions that would meet our wishes.Her suggested vendors for the work and staging were not cheap, but their prices were reasonable, they were able to get out very quickly, and they did a great job. During the sale we had unexpected issues arise, and had to rush to do additional repairs. Carrie leveraged her personal contacts to get the required work done within a week for thousands less than other bids.Throughout the process, Carrie helped us evaluate bids and offers, and her negotiation with vendors and buyers saved us a lot more money than we would have even thought to try for.I would definitely use Carrie again for future transactions and do not hesistate at all to recommend her.

Boy, they were spot on with their recommendation. She was amazing. Always immediately responded to any of my concerns.
