I used an FHA loan with a 203K. She helped me to find a good contractor. And acted quickly to help me when there were issues with the mortgage company and any questions I had as well. She went well out of her way to make this an excellent experience. I didn't know her prior to looking at houses, but I feel I've made a new friend. I would highly recommend her.
