Carrie Rice is an excellent agent and I am so thankful she was recommended to me. She helped me figure out the best sales plan for my parents' house, what to fix up, how to minimally stage it and so on. Because I live out of town, she went above and beyond the call of duty time and time again, to help prepare the house for sale--from taking trash to the dump, to organizing the garage, to finding and meeting up with all the workers to get the house ready for sale. She even drove to the house, after I left one weekend, to try and find my wedding ring, which I thought I left there! Carrie came up with the right asking price, and remained calm when two other houses, practically next door, came on the market (at lower prices) at the same time as ours. When we got two offers, after only two weeks, Carrie was instrumental in figuring out how to handle them and was a superb negotiator. Her attention to detail is exceptional and she was on top of the sometimes arduous closing process. She managed to get us more money, in the end, than I anticipated, in a highly competitive market.
