I would highly recommend anyone to go through Carrie Sawar at Rieckmann Real Estate Group. This was our first home purchase and Carrie made it so easy for us. We were at times a little Indecisive with houses, had lots of questions, and flew out twice from New Jersey to view homes. In retrospect I can imagine we were a bit difficult lol. She was so accommodating and knowledgeable and easily accessible which we loved. If there was something she didnt know then she would find out right away and get back to us. Carrie also didnt have the strong arm mentality in sales that we typically run away from. She definitely has a personal touch and we liked that. Our second time in Wisconsin to view homes was around January so you can imagine all the snow. Well the home we really liked had between 1 and 2 feet of snow all around the property, remember, were from Jersey. We were a little bummed about not being able to walk around and look at everything without getting soaked. Well, Carrie had brought her husbands snow boots for us to wear knowing we didnt have boots. Again, we highly recommend Carrie Sawar to be anyones real estate agent.

We met Carrie at an open house over a year a prior to moving to the area. She was friendly, polite, and informative and helped set us up with computer notifications and a steady stream of available homes in the area in our price range and interest. When we were close to moving to the area, another realtor was recommended to us, but they were definitely not trying very hard to assist us, and we very quickly contacted Carrie who jumped right in and got us realigned and on the right path to home ownership!
