Having been a realtor myself, I speak with honesty and certainty that Carson and his team are the best. From the beginning they were professional and very knowledgeable of the market. Their suggestions on how to stage the home (while we were still living in it) were great ideas. Carson worked closely with the photographer, took numerous pictures that made our home look wonderful and the end result was a beautiful video and online slide show that I am certain helped attract buyers and other agents in to our home. Their communication was better than expected with regard to setting up showings and providing feedback in a timely manner. We received 2 offers on the same day and their negotiating skills resulted in a better than expected contract on our home! Carson was our agent when we bought a home as well and the same compliments apply to that buying process and helping us find the perfect home for us at the best price.
