Cary was beyond helpful in our house buying process. My wife and I are first time home buyers and had no idea how anything worked. She sat down with us and explained everything in detail and was extremely knowledgeable. We had constant updates through the whole experience and she answered every question we had in great detail. A++ level of service. This was my first real estate dealing, it was not an easy one. I had a long list of wants and a tiny budge. Add that to the market here on Whidbey being what it is at the moment, Cary had her work cut out for her. She was on point with bringing listings to my attention and made herself available for showings to work around my schedule. She was very attentive to all the details and took every measure to make sure I was well informed every step of the way. Most definitely above and beyond my expectations as a first time home buyer.

I would definitely recommend Cary to anyone looking for a home in the area! While I was deployed, she was able to help me find homes with in my budget and location. She did video walk throughs for me with commentary on cosmetic issues you can't see through pictures or video. She was very quick to respond and even worked long hours to finish paper work to send out an offer. She knew all the negotiation techniques too. I was able to purchase my home before I even arrived ! Cary Anderson is a fantastic realtor!! Would recommend to anyone. This was our first time buying a home, and she walked us through every part of it and made us feel more comfortable and knowledgeable about home buying. She was a rockstar when showing us properties and never made us feel pressured to buy anything. She's not pushy, and gives you honest opinions and facts about homes. She knows the area very well which is a huge plus for someone like us who just moved here. She also was our biggest ally through the entire process, and answering all of our questions after our offer was excepted. That 45 days can feel overwhelming with all of the paperwork.
