I started investing in real estate in 2000. After flipping a couple of houses. I decided to sell my houses and businesses and relocate back to Portland, OR. With some encouragement from my friend Michael, I decided to pursue real estate.
I truly enjoy working with people, assessing their needs, coming up with a plan of action, and implementing that plan. I'm able to assist my clients in saving money and time, by sharing my extensive knowledge of homes and fixing them. It really comes in handy when dealing with home inspections and negotiating those repairs. It's also beneficial when it comes to deciding on writing an offer on a home. I believe in empowering people with knowledge and insight, so they can make informed decisions about one of the largest investments in their lives.
