Caryn did a great job helping us to find a new home in Boca Raton. We came out to Florida from Colorado twice, the first time just to scout neighborhoods and the second time as serious buyers. Caryn made sure we got to see everything we wanted both times. When we came out to look at homes the second time we only had one full day to do it and Caryn made sure to spend her whole Saturday with us to see everything we wanted to see. We then discussed price and she was upfront with us and we decided on a listing price that she felt was fair and "priced right". During the sale of the condo our 1st buyer wasn't a very nice person to work with and tried all the tricks to put her in a bad position. He ended up pulling out of the sale the day before the guardianship and sale of the condo was approved in court. Due to this pull out the conserved/warded was extremely low on money whichwould have cause her to be removed from her home. Within a day or two Caryn was able to obtain two new buyers which made offers right on the asking price and assessed value. The previous buyer had been under the asking price due to the need for the conserved/warded to obtain money. Caryn was very positive, honest, and hard working during the entire process and was able to keep my head up even during the stressful time.

I could sense Caryns drive and enthusiasm the first time we spoke. The first real estate agent I dealt with when the property initially went up for sale was a major disappointment. I learned through time that he lacked what I sensed Caryn had. And I was right about her!Her responsiveness is amazing. A call or text to her is immediately returned.She also kept me up to date on showings, potential offers, and everything else related to the sale of the property.The professional photos were a major plus. The previous realtors photos were not professionally done and it showed. I believe internet advertising is key today and its all about showing the property in photos at its absolute best.My overall experience with Caryn was excellent. I wish the sale hadnt taken as long as it did, but part of the reason for that was a dud of a first realtor who I stayed with too long.Once Caryn stepped in, there was lots more activity and ultimately a sale.
