Casey is the best Realtor we have ever had. Having bought/sold in Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee, we may never leave the Atlanta area because we won't be able to have Casey help us shop for a new house. Could not have asked for a better realtor. Casey came to us by pure chance through the Zillow website. He seriously went in his expensive shoes into the mud on a rainy day to look at piping for us under a house we looked at. It was our first time meeting and this man walked through mud for us- thats when we knew. Casey took myself through days of non-stop house hunting. He listened to every request, saw every house I bookmarked on zillow and trulia (which felt like a million even though it was really twelve), and gave his honest opinion on all of them. Then, he found THE ONE. We werent even looking in East Atlanta but he knew that this was the perfect fit. Its 6 miles from my work, inside the perimeter and only miles from everything we wanted to be close to. He went above and beyond and thats what every first home buyer should have. We cant say thank you enough!

Casey provided exceptional service to my wife and me during our house hunting this summer. He stuck with us over several months and multiple offers, never putting undue pressure and always encouraging us to find the right house for us. His work ethic and commitment are impressive. I am embarrassed to admit that we felt comfortable calling him late in the evening 7 days a week, often several days in a row, to debrief after an afternoon of looking at houses. He is very straightforward and professional -- easy to work with. He was also very careful with safety, always wearing a mask and gloves, and bringing extras for us. My wife and I were first time homebuyers. He was patient with our nerves, inexperience, differences of opinion and emotional ups and downs. He explained the process carefully at every stage. His background working for a contracting company means that he knows something about how houses are built and so he saved us several times, spotting a foundation/plumbing/HVAC problem. Also a listing agent he knows many of the people in the business and negotiates in a very efficient and effective manner. My key takeaway: I always felt he was looking out for our best interest, and that he would work as hard as he could to get us across the finish line--which we did! It was an intense but also very fun and rewarding experience working with Casey. Thank you!

Casey won us over from day one. He is not afraid to climb under houses, walk through the mud, etc to ensure he is finding your a quality home. He made us feel like we were her only client despite knowing how busy he is. We way always willing to adapt his schedule to help and and was just very helpful. We went through the home buying process in the midst of COVID-19 and he did everything he could to help us navigate these crazy times. Casey also opened up our eyes to different areas we were not originally looking at which helped up get a house 100k under our max budget. Many realtors hear what your top budget is and try to just show you the most expensive options, but he really had our best interest in mind. He has knowledge of the entire metro area but what impressed us most was his ability to help us locate a beautiful home in a developing neighborhood that was safe and affordable. Despite the hard economic times, we closed with equity!

Casey knows his trade extremely well. I was very nervous..seriously...ole lady..divorce..dogs..blah blah. Casey knows how to handle baggage! We had a talk through...and he immediately found 3 homes within my criteria! And each of them was EXACTLY what I had thought about. Then when I hesitated he said.."I want to show you this"...and it was it! Casey hears your needs, adapts what he shows you and basically is your go to during this nerve breaking process!
