Cassandra helped me find a great space to rent. I've only lived here two years and am starting my first business and really had little experience with the whole rental market. She knows her stuff! And responds quickly which is great, since I hate waiting around for information. She asked questions I didn't even think of and provided a lot of options for me with my business. After I signed my lease she followed up to make sure I was happy and kept in touch. Great customer service. I will use her again if I need real estate services in the future.

Cassandra was extremely helpful when me and my wife were trying to find a home to rent in an area we are not familiar with. She replies quickly through texts and calls and is extremely helpful.We were looking for a short-term rental within a tight time frame, and despite that we were able to find a handful of apartments that we liked. We were picky and indecisive, as any couple searching for a place to rent - despite that she was patient and extremely helpful with us. We definitely would recommend her to friends/family.

Any questions or requests we have of Cassandra, she works to help as soon as she possibly can and if she does not know the answer-she will find it. My husband and I have dealt with several realtors and Cassandra is by far the most professional and responsive and were very happy working with her! Highly recommend

With rent increasing dramatically I figured it would be a good time to start looking for houses. Cassandra showed me and my fiancee somewhere around 8 houses or so until we found one we loved! We got outbid and it was crushing. The main reason I would recommend her (though It's not the only reason) is that she made us feel like we were top priority , not her commission check. She said she was happy to show us another 40+ houses if that's what it took to find what we needed. There was never a push from her to get us to buy ANY of the properties that she showed us. Even when we were on our way to her office to make a different offer and we changed our mind on the way in, she never changed the way she treated us.
