We've used The Casselyn Group for 5 home purchases and sales since 2013, and we couldn't be happier. Don't look anywhere else - The Casselyn Group is simply the best! When my wife and I bought our first home we went through 2 or 3 grumpy, uninterested realtors that expressed almost no interest in actually helping my wife and I out. At the time we could only afford a $110k home, so I don't think most realtors saw value in us. Casselyn gave us service as if we were buying a 500k home. Over the years the Casselyn Group has always taken care of us, for our primary living home, and for investment properties. They're such a fresh, active, and responsive team, and they really make looking for a home fun. When we were selling homes, she helped us get top value, too. They also have great vision. They're really good about seeing a home as it is, but they've always given us great ideas in how we can turn it into a more valuable home - that vision is invaluable.

Casselyn was wonderful to work with! She assisted me in buying my home and selling it a year later. Casselyn was very easy to communicate with and always responds promptly. She has excellent knowledge about the real estate market in the area. I will use Casselyn in the future when purchasing my next home!
