Michael & Cassidy helped me with the purchase (and subsequent sale 4 years later) of my home in Buxton. Earlier this year, I decided I was ready to buy my first home. I did some research on my own to help understand the process, but wasnt entirely certain on how to go about it. Although I have yet to purchase a home, I have been working with Cassiday for weeks. Her knowledge, hard work, and professional yet personal touch is why I will continue to work with her until Ive purchased my dream home. Selling a home can be so stressful. This was our second home sold and I wish Cassidy had of helped us with our first. Ive never met someone so incredibly alive, smart, and determined to ensure we never stressed over the sale of our home. You can tell that Cass really cares about her clients, its a rare feeling of trust I felt with her. Cass did a million different things to put us at ease. Ive never seen a Realtor on their hands and knees cleaning baseboards, but there she was. She cleaned the entire house. Cass also staged our home in areas perfectly. We never had to ask what was going on because her communication was top shelf. We absolutely adore her. Cass has become like a part of the family because thats just the type of person she is. We cant sing her praises enough. You will not be disappointed having her help you sell or even buy a home.

Cassidy was amazing, really helped us understand the home buying process and was patient with us during the difficult time.
