Do your research! She's been sued and currently being investigated by OREC and NAR for multiple violations and ethical concerns. She recently tried to sue us and lost her lawsuit, however she committed perjury by filing a false affidavit and we are seeking that the DA prosecutes her for it. In our personal dealings with this woman we have caught her in multiple lies both to us, our agent, the court system and even law enforcement. Please do not take her word for anything! Make sure everything you do with her is documented and recorded in some way! We are grateful we have our documentation and recordings that prove our case and our side of what has happened. As a licensed real estate agent, broker and appraiser it is mond boggling how she passed any licensing test and how she has managed to get away with as much as she has, for so long. The list of victims is unbelievable. I had a post in a local Facebook group and in less than an hour had so many people comment and even private message me with their own horror stories. **UPDATE** OREC ruled in our favor! As soon as we address the foreclosure (which they violated federal law in filing) OAR will be able to pursue these crooks!
