Cassie Spears

I contacted realtor in regards to a property she had listed for rent. she approved my application and we were supposed to meet that following Friday to pay deposit and sign lease. That Friday I contacted Ms. Spears and left several messages and no response. I finally got n contact with her on the following tuesday in April only to be told that the person renting the property decided not to rent. I work in mortgage so I am able to pull up the current MLS and noticed that the house is still for rent. When I spoke to my current realtor about the house she stated that Cassie contacted her and had concerns about the number of children i have. This is discrimination. They are leasing a 5 bedroom house and i have 4 children. Im not sure who they expected to lease the house to. Only a big family would need this house. then she wenton to tell me that she would request the homeowner to pay back my application fee. this was a couple of weeks ago and i have yet to hear anything else from this company.

In all honesty, our experience with Ms. Spears was very much lacking. Ms. Spears was very slow to respond on multiple instances. Ms. Spears displayed a lack of general knowledge of real estate that we found staggering. We learned that information was withheld or misrepresented to us on more than one instance. Consideration was given to speaking with Ms. Spears' broker on the matter, but it seemed as if our concerns would have been given little regard

She is fantastic! We are so happy she was our agent. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
