Caterine Gomez Munoz

A good friend introduced me to Cat Gomez and I am so happy that she did. I recently worked with Cat to find a rental condo in the Downtown or Brickell area. I currently live in Chicago, so much of our interaction was done remotely. Cat did a great job of listening to my requirements and advising me. She identified several excellent properties for me to view and then negotiated strongly on my behalf, once I made a selection. Even after the sale closed she has been a great help coordinating the walk through. She is a fantastic resource and really works hard for her clients. In a year, when I'm ready to buy, she will be my first call. She should be yours, too

She not only helped me find and condo to purchase which is huge help seeing I live in Cunnecticut but she also did all the leg work. Probably the best and most enjoyable home purchase. Thanks again Cat

Cat is a very responsible and professional realtor who helped my husband and I to find a new home to rent. We first contacted her at the end of last year, she patiently showed us many places, but we decided to extend the lease in the place we were at for 6 more months because time was tight. She super understand and never made us feel like we wasted her time. About a month ago we contacted her again to keep looking for a place for us and finally found it! She always answer her phone and emails promptly; and if she doesn't know something we ask, she find a way to find the answer. Highly recommend her!!!

Caterine was able to identify my needs very quickly and sent me listings of my criteria within a few hours of us speaking, she is very responsive and efficient. I highly recommend Cat as your go to realtor.Thank you Cat!!
