Very satisfied. Never had a hard time getting ahold of her, and she knows the area well. We looked at a lot of houses before i finally decided on one. She even sent letters out asking people if they wanted to sell their house because there werent many available at the time.

Cathy helped my wife and i purchase a vacation home recently and without her caring, expertise and dedication we would not have found it. We do not live in the area, so it was very difficult for Cathy to coordinate showings based on our limited schedule. They almost always needed to be on a Saturdays or Sundays, or late in the evenings and even on holidays. Never once did she fail to accommodate our schedule, always cheerfully sacrificing her personal time to ensure our home buying needs were met. Her knowledge of the area, the market and local governments is exceptional and made our buying experience a joy. Cathy is amazing, I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She quickly became more than a real estate agent us, much more like a close friend or family.

She is an excellent communicator. She represented us very well, with our best interest in mind. I would absolutely use her again.
