A mess.. Dont go here... She doesn't care how she obtains the businees..

Avoid Catherine at all costs! Total disservice to her great agency Engel & Voelkers Delray Beach and property seller. Catherine committed to send offer contract for all cash as is offer, but failed to do so, then for 2 days refused to take my phone calls or respond to texts. I eventually went directly to broker at E&V (very helpful!) and he processed/submitted my offer in 30 minutes. However 2 days were lost and Catherine had already submitted the offer from her preferred buyer which was accepted. Total disservice to the seller who didn’t not have best offer options due to lack of communication from Catherine.

Met her at a property to have her show it and to our surprise she was not dressed and was not in a position to be able to do anything but the task at hand. She was having sex on the couch in the living room.

She is unprofessional,not trustworthy,is always late and delegates to others the job she is getting paid to do. It is in your best interest to find some other broker.
