Cathy Fernandez went above and beyond my expectations as a realtor.She was always available to me for questions about the process of selling a home and was always happy to help in any way possible.I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.

Cathy is a very professional, fantastic realtor. We listed my mother's condo with her and were extremely pleased with her service. She provided as many comps as were available; analyzed each property in comparison to ours and made suggestions as to what we needed to do before listing it and suggested a listing price with reasons for the suggestion; however, she always said that the decisions were ours to make. She was right on with all her recommendations and the unit sold very quickly. Cathy helped in all phases of the sale and made the closing a breeze! Cathy was proactive in all phases - when she found out I had power of attorney she said we needed to have it checked to make sure it was satisfactory for real estate transactions. It wasn't so we were able to get it fixed before closing and avoided any possible problems. She's the best! When we are ready to downsize in the next couple of years we will definitely list our home with Cathy! 5

When it was time for us to downsize Cathy sold are home in Heathrow Woods. Four months later she helped us close on our new home in College Park. We appreciated her expertise with both transactions !
