Cathy was very outgoing and easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable of the area and stuck to what we were interested in (price range) she did not try to pressure us to look at more expensive properties. She did a very good job negotiating the price to what we were willing to pay and ensuring the HOA was aware of the leak caused by one of the units above us. The home inspector she recommended was the best we have ever had! Due to the three hour time difference, she always answered are emails the first thing the next day. During and after the sale was complete, she also kept our Aunt (who was vacationing in Surfside) updated on what was occurring because we were back in Washington state (our aunt spoke very highly of Cathy). The day before we left Surfside she found me on the beach and we continued to negotiate with the Seller who finally accepted our final offer! Susan and I truly enjoyed working with Cathy and look forward to seeing her again on our trips to Surfside.
