My Wife and I started looking at homes early in 2016. We worked with a few different agents and put in multiple offers without any success. By the time we ran into Cathy towards the end of the year, we were discouraged with the home buying process and not incredibly motivated. Cathy’s welcoming demeanor and knowledge of the community where we were looking, really turned things around for us. Being first time home buyers, it was necessary to have an agent with Cathy’s experience. Her schedule was also extremely flexible, which helped accommodate our busy lives. With her guidance we quickly found our dream home in a great neighborhood. Furthermore, being in a market as competitive as ours makes it key to have an agent that can create urgency with submitting an offer and make sure the Sellers quickly accept. Cathy was a bulldog in the final stages, stayed in contact with the Selling agent and had our sales contract in place in a matter of hours. We can safely say that if it weren’t for Cathy, we wouldn’t be in our beautiful home today.

Cathy listed and sold my townhouse in Bothell. While she staged it perfectly, her real value add was during the negotiation process. She negotiated with my buyers agent to sell the unit for more than the listed price. More than a year after the sale we are still the highest priced unit sold.
