Helping to put together the name and the philosophy of the Code of The West Realty is not only a reflection of, what I try to stand for, but the beliefs and structures by which I was raised. The Cowboy's way of life, including their Creed, was something that my Father and Mother stood for, lived by and taught us, their kids. Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and coming from a long legacy family name, The Cleckner's, which originated from Doylestown, Ohio, not only gives me a sense of pride and ownership, but to be part of a long blood line of amazing leaders. My Father used to say, "You come from a long standing family name, remember to always have pride in that". That is something that still resonates with me today, for it goes much deeper than just a name. I worked for several years as a Property Manager for a large Property Management Company in the Metro Phoenix area. Then ...
