Once we had decided it was time to downsize, we looked for a realtor who had insight into the area, as well as for potential buyers. We researched and decided to pick a realtor with a proven track record, one who was respected by both clients as well as other realtors, and had a solid work ethic. Cathy Wood listed our home (which we had owned for 18 years), priced it competitively, offered suggestions to us for preparing/staging the home to sell, and marketed it amazingly with unbelievably beautiful photos and brochures. Our home had an offer in less than 2 days! Cathy helped guide us through the negotiation phase with aplomb, and kept a level head when things became uncertain. She was always there for us, via phone or text, even well after the business day was done. (So much so that I would email, thinking she wouldn't see it until morning, and could take her time getting back to me, yet she even answered those quickly!) Cathy offered names and references for contractors, inspectors, etc who were just as honest and professional as she is, and whose work was top notch. On closing day, she even pitched in when we were running behind and helped move items out of the house!! Cathy was always there to help, offer advice and encouragement. She also assisted us with the purchase of our "new to us" home, by listening to our requests/requirements for the new place, and showed us homes that were just what we were looking for. She was receptive to my requests to see houses that I have viewed online, and was always willing to do more research to gather information about the homes. Cathy helped us to find the perfectly imperfect 200 year old farmhouse that we've always dreamed of owning. If moving were easier, I'd 100% do it all over again, using Cathy as our realtor! I can guarantee that if Cathy is your realtor, whether you are buying or selling, you will be completely impressed with her professionalism.

Cathy is the consummate professional! She knows the territory! She is honest, responsive, easy to work with and most of all you can trust her! I had a negative image of a realtor ..Cathy changed that. You would do well to work with her. Besides she loves what she does!

Cathy was professional and knowledgeable of the market and how best to position our home . We were in a difficult divorce situation and she successfully helped bridge the gap between my ex-wife and I to get our home sold.
