  • Catie and I connected, but did no business

      So let me start by saying this was not my agent, this was the agent that sold my house to me. I just recently found out after I moved in that the FEMA flood maps were redone and my new home was now in the flood plane. So when my agent asked Catie about this, she said she was not aware neither were her clients. Surprise that I actually confirmed letters / meeting had been set up since July 2017. So this person is a liar. Since the maps don’t go in effect until August I have no legal recourse. But if integrity & honesty don’t mean much to you, then by all means this is the person for you. I’m not sure if I would have not bought the home or not but I would have like to know that in my decision & plan for the cost.
